Terms of service
These terms govern the use of Bondable — a digital loyalty-card platform for local businesses. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to the terms below.
Who we are and what these terms cover
Bondable is a service provided by BONDABLE SP. Z O.O., a company registered in Poland (“Bondable”, “we”). These terms are an agreement between us and the business that creates an account and runs loyalty programmes (“you”).
Guests who add a loyalty card to their wallet do not create an account and pay nothing for using cards — only the “Guest cards” section and our privacy policy apply to them.
The service
Bondable provides a dashboard for running loyalty programmes, digital cards that live in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, a card-scanning app, and related notifications and analytics.
We develop the service continuously — features may be added, changed or retired. We work hard to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; planned maintenance is scheduled outside peak hours where possible.
Account and security
When creating an account you provide accurate information and use the service in the course of your business. You are responsible for the actions of people you give access to your workspace and for the security of the email inboxes used to sign in.
Tell us immediately at [email protected] about any unauthorised access to your account.
Payments
The service is offered on a subscription basis at the prices published on bondable.app. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details.
If a plan includes a trial, the fee for your chosen plan is charged when the trial ends. Failed payments may lead to suspension of the service after prior notice. We announce price changes at least 30 days in advance — they apply from your next billing period.
Your responsibilities as a programme operator
The loyalty programme is yours: you are responsible for the programme terms, for delivering the rewards you promise, and for the programme’s compliance with the law, including consumer and tax rules.
You agree not to include guests’ personal data in card or programme content, not to publish unlawful, misleading or third-party-infringing content, and not to use the platform for spam or abuse.
Content and intellectual property
Your logo, name and materials remain yours. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display them on cards, programme pages and guest-facing communication — solely to provide the service.
The Bondable platform, its software and its design remain the property of Bondable.
Guest cards
Cards are free for guests and require no personal data. The business running a programme is responsible for delivering its rewards.
We may revoke cards issued under a programme that has been closed, breaches these terms or is being abused.
Liability
We provide the service with due care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Term and termination
You can close your account at any time in the settings or by writing to [email protected]; your subscription ends with the paid-for billing period.
We may suspend or terminate the agreement in the event of a material breach of these terms, after a warning where feasible. After the account is closed, data is handled as described in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We will notify you of material changes by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it; if you disagree, you can close your account before that date.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes arising from an agreement concluded in the course of business are resolved by the court competent for Bondable’s registered office.
For any question about these terms, write to us at [email protected].
